Modern and spotlessly clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is lovely. The location is perfect, 2 km from Coogee Beach. The service is good, includes handy parking. They offer daily housekeeping and ironing at no cost too.

We greatly enjoyed having coffee, tea and milk in the cafe. Extremely pleasant and brand-new room, it had climate control, complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee...

location near light rail station, close proximity to shopping center, beautiful courtyard area
Disappointing soundproofing, noise from upstairs guests and street traffic!!! Outdated room furnishings like a broken wardrobe and a cramped bathroom sink!!! No outlets next to the bed for charging devices!!! Limited on-site parking availability!!!

The hotel was in a marvellous and lovely position adjacent to bus stops, grocery stores, and restaurants, and buses, Coogee beach and shops. Furthermore, so close to public transport.
Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

Location is a major bonus
I appreciated the easy access to public transport, with the light rail right across the street. The communal kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for a traveler like me.
Unfortunately, the noise levels were quite noticeable, especially from the streets and adjacent rooms, hard to get a good night's sleep. I recommend requesting a quieter room at the back.

*Lack of toaster, microwave/other food heating appliances despite crockery and cutlery being available.*Bathroom needed greater attention to hygene.

The room was spacious and clean. Just a bit noisy due to the street traffic, but double-glazed windows helped a lot. A bit of a hike with luggage up those stairs though!
